Admission Procedure
- Students are admitted at the beginning of the Academic Session. Admissions are made only against vacancies, on the basis of mental ability test and verbal interaction,judging the child on various parameters. The child is admitted at the Entry level (Pre-School) through “Draw of Lots”.
- The admission committee, acting through the Principal, reserves the right of refusing the admission to a student who is deemed unsatisfactory. In such case the Principal is not bound to give reason for the same.
- The School Management, acting through the Principal, will request the withdrawal of a pupil who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
- Students who seek admission after having studied in another school will have to produce the following :
- The Leaving/Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
- The report of Progress and Co-curricular activities in that school.
- The original Birth Certificate.
- No change in the date of birth of the student will be permitted once the student is admitted.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Class Nur to 9th & 11th
- Class Nur & KG Intraction Test
- Class 1st to 9th Entrance Test
- Class 11th Proficiency Test
Age Criteria
- Nursery – 3 to 3½
- L.K.G – 3½ to 4½
- U.K.G – 4½ to 5½
Class – 1st – 5½ and Above
All three streams for class 9th & 12th.[Science, Commerce & Humanities] with option of the following subjects (Hindi, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics Practice, computer science, Physical Education, Business studies, Accountancy, Economics, History, Geography).
- 1st Round of Admission test on Jan.
- 2nd Round of Admission test on Feb.
- 3rd Round of Admission test on March.
Eligibility criteria for admission to class XI (Session 2018-19)
For Science stream
A student who scored 6.5 or more CGPA including all the five compulsory subjects in the class X of CBSE or 65% marks in class X of the other equivalent board with English medium. In science & Mathematics subjects both together the CGPA must be not be less than 6.5 or 65% marks in science & Mathematics in both together in class X of other equivalent board.
Commerce Stream
A student who scored 5.5 or more CGPA including all the five compulsory subjects in the class X of CBSE or 55% marks in class X of the other equivalent board with English medium. Will be eligible for admission to class XI Commerce.
Mathematics
It will be offered to a student, having scored minimum B2 Grade in mathematics, irrespective of the stream in CBSE or 65% marks in mathematics subjects in class X of other equivalent board.
Note: In case of student of Bharatiya Academy the concession of 0.5 in CGPA will be given for admission in science and commerce stream but no concession in mathematics to be a student.
